Spring manufacturing at SZS uses the most advanced computer-numeric control (CNC) spring-manufacturing machines for unending coil body and end configurations. With our equipment, it’s relatively easy to transform a concept into a precisely shaped part. The spring-making equipment is upgraded frequently, as new technology becomes available. CNC allow us to manufacture complex spring shapes relatively simply – saving our customers money.

We use top-of-the-line spring-manufacturing machines. The machines feature multitool, open-face designs that allow precise and easy adjustment. Sensor-control systems maintain accurate tolerances, critical wire length, and precise angular relationships can be sustained.

We can manufacture springs in a variety of sizes and body lengths, all in a single operation. Our precision manufacturing systems can produce a complete range of springs in short-, medium-, or long-production runs. We are a spring manufacturer who can produce almost any spring, with practically any body shape and spring ends, and from almost any material.

Our computer-based equipment and floor layout create a highly flexible spring-manufacturing environment, which helps to respond quickly to changing customer needs.
